It is more than likely that you are hitting Ibiza to soak up the party atmosphere, dance the night into morning, and spend some quality time topping up your bronzed tan. However, there is more to this island; no more so can this be found than in Ibiza’s restaurants.
Whilst it is always good to submerge yourself in a local culture, you may find the traditional Ibicenco dishes a little too piquant for your tastes. However, with more standard Spanish restaurants everywhere, and a host of cuisines from all over the world, there is surely to be something to tempt you.
If you are feeling braver still, perhaps you will even head for one of the German restaurants which are also popular; such is the popularity of Ibiza in Bavaria!
Whichever of Ibiza’s restaurants you decide to visit, you are sure of a great welcome and the food will most likely be of an excellent quality with local produce relied upon. For an excellent deal at lunch, look for the “menu del dia”; particularly in Spanish restaurants, which will give you three courses and wine for little more than ten Euros!
There will of course be restaurants attached to the hotel or resort you are staying in, and these can be good too. However, for the real experience, seek out those along the marinas and into the countryside.
Good weather and good times are a byline for Ibiza, and there is no reason why you shouldn’t enjoy the excellent food that Ibiza’s restaurants serve up on a daily basis. A word of warning though; as summer season peaks, some less than wonderful places do open. When deciding which place to dine out, spend a little time looking at the clientele. The rule of thumb here, (as with anywhere in the world), is if the locals like it; they must be something right.

Making A Choice Of Ibiza’s Beaches Could Be Difficult
Imagine an island with balmy waters, fine weather and about 80 beaches to choose from, and chances are you are thinking about Ibiza’s Beaches. For fun in the sun you simply can not beat this popular island.
Popular with international tourists as well as locals, the beaches have a certain advantage above any other coastal resort you may have visited before - they are all within 30 minutes drive of each other, no matter where you are on the island.
Unlike other coastal beaches, you do not have to put up with annoying children or noisy teens, you simply get going and find another beach to suit your mindset of the day. Because the beaches are so close to each other and easy to reach, people migrate to where they want to be constantly.

Certain months of the year do have a windy day or two on Ibiza, but that will never stop you from enjoying your day in the sun. Should the wind be blowing on this side of the island, chances are great that the opposite side is having a wind less day, so simply hop on and go see for yourself as the other side of the island is so close you will be surprised.
Ibiza’s Beaches are overflowing with the sexiest people from Europe in summer months when the parties never stop and music can be heard twenty four hours a day. Should this idea give you the creeps, simply avoid this party Mecca by seeking quiet secluded beaches - remember, you have 80 to choose from on one island.

The Roughest Guide To Ibiza
Ibiza is the smallest of the main Balearic islands, ‘discovered’ by artists and hippies in the 1960’s. If all you know of Ibiza is the trashy TV show that play on Satellite TV then you’re in for a bit of a pleasant surprise when you come and visit. Ibiza is a partying paradise for the millions of holiday-makers who land each year; but there is also a relaxed side to Ibiza with its 18km ofbeaches where you can discover some excellent and almost deserted coves.
Although there are plenty of hotels on Ibiza and more recently a few more four and five star hotels have sprung up. I recently stayed in a three star apartment hotel in Cala LLonga, El Pinar and I was very impressed with how clean and well kept the place was. If there are a few in your party one of the best ways to get the most out of your Ibiza holiday is to rent a car.
Ibiza is the perfect if you love the warm summer sun. The island is famous for its hot summers and perfect beach weather and the sunshine is certainly plentiful during this time. In the winter the weather is colder but there’s still plenty of sun. The island tends to be deserted once the clubs shut.
San Antonio is very popular, especially to people looking to escape the unpredictable British weather and enjoy almost guaranteed summer sun. It’s full of the wrong type of tourists though if you want to get away from England. Most of the English here prefer to holiday in their football shirts.
