Self catering accommodation in Spain typically consists of houses, condos, apartments, farmhouses or cottages that are available for rental directly between the owner and the guest. In addition the renter may request a confirmation of your name and identification and should provide the same for you as the renter. You will also need to have accurate contact information for the owner in the event of a question or emergency.
